COMPLIANCE AND QUALITY ACCORDING TO CBR LASER

Holes that are too small to be drilled will be engraved. You can see our capabilities at:

The applicable tolerances will always be those of CBR Laser. If you have tolerances lower than ours, they will not be respected. You can look at our tolerances and capacities at:

If your dimensions, for a requested radius, do not match those of the bending tools we have on hand (punch and die), we will perform the bending with the tools that will give the results as close as possible to the desired measurements. You can look at our capacities at: Folding.

CBR Laser is not responsible for incorrect dimensions obtained as a result of initial incorrect calculations by the customer (incorrect calculation of the unfolding, unrealistic radius, etc.).

CBR Laser offers a replacement warranty only on its products and services. CBR Laser is not responsible for third-party materials and/or services.

Once you received your parts from CBR Laser, you are allowed 72 hours to inspect the quality/quantity. After this period, no claims will be considered.

To receive our material conformity certificates (mill test), you must send a written request to mtr@cbrlaser.com only after you have received your order.

Quotes issued by CBR Laser are valid for a period of 30 days.

Shipping costs are never included.
